Rex Grossman Week 12 Fantasy Update: Washington Redskins' QB Has Strong Day

Rex Grossman probably wasn't in the lineup for many fantasy football teams, but those owners who started him were rewarded with a very strong performance, all things considering. Grossman ended up putting up strong fantasy stats, throwing for 314 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in the Redskins' 23-17 victory over the Seattle Seahawks.

In standard leagues, that is anywhere between 16 and 20 points, depending on how many yards one gets for a passing touchdown. Few expected Grossman to pick up those kinds of numbers, but with the return of wide receiver Santana Moss and the re-emergence of tight end Fred Davis, Grossman was able to prove he can help your fantasy team if you have a starter on a bye.
