The Washington Redskins may have to play against the New England Patriots without both of their offensive tackles. Left tackle Trent Williams is already out due to a four-game suspension, and now right tackle Jammal Brown may be out too. Brown came up with an injury in warmups and has been raced back to the locker room. His status is uncertain.
Brown said he merely suffered a cramp, according to the CSN Washington "Redskins Kickoff" show, but it remains to be seen if that indeed is the case. If Brown cannot play, the Redskins will have to start Sean Locklear at left tackle and Tyler Polumbus at right tackle, with undrafted rookie Willie Smith behind him. The decision to make backup center Erik Cook inactive may also prove to be costly.
UPDATE: The Redskins say Brown is questionable to play.
