The Washington Redskins (4-9) travel to East Rutherford, NJ on Sunday, looking to put a damper on New York's playoff hopes, as the Giants (7-6) fell a half game behind the Cowboys as a result of Dallas' win over Tampa Bay on Saturday night.
The Redskins are coming off a strong offensive performance against the Patriots last Sunday, albeit in a 34-27 loss. Rex Grossman was 19 of 32 for 252 yards and two touchdowns and rookie running back Roy Helu notched his third straight 100 yard rushing game.
If Washington were to win Sunday, it would be their first season sweep of New York since 1999, having already defeated the Giants 28-14 in the season opener.
