LeSean McCoy Injury Update: Philadelphia Eagles' RB Expected To Play Vs. Redskins

The Washington Redskins will likely have to contend with LeSean McCoy when they end the season against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Despite being limited in practice with an ankle injury, the Eagles' running back will play on Sunday, according to Tim McManus of Philly Sports Daily.

One of the motivations for McCoy is winning the rushing title, something even the Eagles' coaching staff acknowledges.

The Eagles are gunning to get LeSean McCoy the rushing title.

Marty Mornhinweg acknowledged on Thursday that the team has discussed taking a run at it so long as it’s "within the structure" of the offense.

McCoy will enter the game 128 yards behind Jacksonville's Maurice Jones-Drew, albeit with far fewer attempts. He'll need to have a huge day to have a chance to win the crown.
