Jets Vs. Redskins Score Update: Shonn Greene Touchdown Ties Game At 7

The New York Jets responded immediately to the Washington Redskins' opening-drive touchdown, scoring one of their own on their opening drive. The Jets embarked on a 17-play drive that finally ended when running back Shonn Greene scored from one-yard out to tie the game at 7 with 1:19 to go in the first quarter.

The drive featured several interesting plays. The Jets elected to go for it on fourth down and one inside the Redskins' 20-yard line and picked up the first down, albeit barely. Then, on third down, Mark Sanchez found Plaxico Burress at the one-yard line, setting up the touchdown for Greene.

The drive took nine minutes and six seconds as a whole for the Jets to complete.
