Roy Helu Week 13 Fantasy Update: Redskins Running Back Rushes For 100 Yards

Coming off his first 100 yard rushing game last Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, Washington Redskins rookie running back Roy Helu followed up his career high game with another 100 yard performance. Helu carried the rock 23 times for an even 100 yards. He was the only Redskins player with a rushing attempt - an amazing occurrence on a Mike Shanahan coached team. Helu also found the end zone, scoring the Redskins only touchdown of the day.

In addition to the 100 yards on the ground, Helu also caught four balls from Rex Grossman for 42 yards. It was the second week in a row where the rookie was very productive on both the ground and the air, pleasing his owners as the fantasy season winds down.
