Dominique Byrd Has Some Well-Timed Words For Fred Davis

I didn't think much of the comments tight end Dominique Byrd made when asked about the man he was replacing on the Washington Redskins' roster, his good friend Fred Davis. Then, Mr. Irrelevant pointed out the specific word usage Byrd had in said comments, and I immediately laughed. Via The Insider, emphasis mine:

"Fred’s like a brother to me. I hold him up in high spirits, and pray for him every day. He’ll take the high road on all this," Byrd said.

It's no Wes Welker foot speech, but it's pretty good.
