The New England Patriots are heading into Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins with a fair amount of players being limited in weekday practices.
After being unable to participate altogether at Wednesday's practice, Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes' knee injury had improved to the point where he was able to engage in a limited practice on Thursday. Running back Stevan Ridley was out of both practices for non-injury issues and tackle Sebastian Vollmer also missed both days with back and foot issues.
