Albert Haynesworth Accused Of Sexual Assault After Allegedly Fondling Waitresses' Breast, According To Report

Albert Haynesworth has been accused of sexual assault by a waitress at the W Hotel in Washington D.C. after an incident in which Haynesworth allegedly caressed the waitresses' breast, according to a police report obtained by NBC Washington.

The incident occurred at 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning when Haynesworth was paying his tab at the W Hotel, according to the report.

She said that "Subject 1" tried to pay his bill by giving her his credit card, but he asked if it was OK to stick the card in her blouse near her breast area. She nodded her head yes and, according to the report, she said he then placed the card into her blouse gently, sliding the card further into her left side of the blouse and then started to caress her breast.

Haynesworth was reportedly sober, a source who was in Haynesworth's company until 12:30 a.m. told CSN Washington's Ryan O'Halloran. Haynesworth's agent Chad Speck has denied the allegations

This is just the latest incident involving Haynesworth since being suspended for the final four games of the season. He recently turned himself into police on charges of simple assault stemming from an alleged road rage incident in Fairfax.
