Dan Snyder's reputation as a meddler has waned in recent years, but it's surely going to pick up again going forward. Why? According to the Washington Post, Snyder is seeking the dismissal of Dave McKenna, a Washington City Paper writer that wrote a front-page story in November detailing all of Snyder's failings.
↵The story, entitled "The Cranky Redskins Fan Guide To Dan Snyder," has multiple entries of shortcomings for Snyder for each letter of the alphabet. According to the Post report, Snyder is threatening legal action against the paper, as well as the dismissal of McKenna.
↵↵↵Snyder has objected to the article that detailed some of his controversial actions as team owner and other reports about him in the weekly publication, and has threatened legal action against the newspaper. He also is seeking the dismissal of the article's author, staff writer Dave McKenna.

Most hilariously (at least to me), Snyder is trying to get the Post to hold on to emails written between McKenna and Dan Steinberg, because the two are friendly and therefore may have engaged in some sort of horrible plan to (gasp!) cross-promote each other's articles. Common industry practice says those are known as "links," but hey, common industry practice means nothing to Dan Snyder. In an attempt to quelch negative publicity about him, Snyder has only caused even more negativity to come out.
