2011 NFL Mock Draft: Will Georgia's A.J. Green Fall To The Redskins?

In most of the NFL Mock Drafts that SB Nation has been putting out, they have the Redskins taking Alabama wide receiver Julio Jones. He is the second best WR prospect in the draft and would be an excellent fit for the 'Skins. But in their latest version of the 2011 NFL Mock Draft they have the Redskins taking the other WR that is projected to be taken early in the draft.

Despite being among the best prospects in the draft, SB Nation has Georgia's A.J. Green at tenth overall. Here is their rationale.

If talent alone dictated how the first round falls into place, there's no way Green makes it this far. The Redskins will be looking hard at quarterbacks, but Green is such a dynamic talent that it'd be near impossible to let his fall continue.

I had some reservations about the Redskins taking Jones, but Green might be too good of a prospect to pass up. Having said that, I don't think there is any way for him to make it all the way to No. 10. Like that said, he is talented enough to be taken in the top three, and I don't believe that nine teams will be able to pass him up. But if it did play out this way, Green would be a pretty good choice for the Redskins.
