The NFL has locked out it's players. There is a judge deliberating on that right now, but it's going to take a while before we know if there is going to be football this year. According to Mike Wise at the Washington Post, London Fletcher doesn't want to wait that long to get back onto the field, via Hogs Haven.
↵↵↵[Cooley] said about 30 Redskins, led by London Fletcher, have pledged to meet at a Northern Virginia high school for their own mini-camp of sorts next Wednesday and Thursday.

That was kind of buried in the article Wise had wrote about Cooley's pottery, but I think it's the part that Redskins fans are probably most happy to read. While Cooley is apparently spending a lot of his time around the wheel, it's nice to know that there are a bunch of Redskins out there that are still committed to playing winning football, even when there might not be any football played at all.
