Having disconnected himself from everything related to Washington D.C. -- the Redskins, his coaching staff, the media here -- Donovan McNabb appears to have only one outlet to express his desire to come back strong next season after an awful 2010. That outlet appears to be something called The Real Robinson Report, which is some project by Seattle Seahawks fullback Michael Robinson that tries to provide coverage of athletes by athletes, or something.
In this video, McNabb speaks for 30 seconds about why people shouldn't count him out next year.
"For my Facetime: 2011 is different than 2010. For those who wanna sit back and dwell on what happened last year, so be it. But 2011's gonna be a special season. A season in which I feel that I've prepared myself well -- not just conditioning and strengthwise, but most importantly getting back to the fundamentals. And I look to display that in the 2011 season. And for those who feel like it can't be possible: I'll prove you wrong."
For my Facetime: I'll wish McNabb luck for whichever team he plays on next season that isn't the Washington Redskins.
