The piece is titled "Inside the Mind of an NFL GM," which is so tempting to click. There's only one problem: they chose former Washington Redskins GM Vinny Cerrato.

↵As for Cerrato's actual recommendations, they are pretty standard and make sense in theory. Set priorities, negotiate with your free agents, be on the same page as your coach, yada yada yada. It's always funny how people can explain the right way to do business much better than they practice it.
