Remember when Rex Grossman said he didn't remember making a bold NFC East prediction and that he wasn't going to talk about it anymore? Yeah, that lasted all of two days. Here's Rex talking to Clifton Brown of AOL/Sporting News on Monday:
↵↵↵"I was just trying to get across that we have a lot of confidence," Grossman said. "I didn't realize that was such a big story. I was not standing on a soapbox, pounding my fist. But I own it. If you're going to make a big deal about it, yeah, I'll stick to it. We are going to win the East.'"
↵
That's right, Rex! You stick to your guns! There's no flip-flopping in this quarterback! It takes a real man to stand up for his opinion in the face of adversity! Don't let haters like Stephen A. Smith tell you what to believe! Believe in yourself, and the rest will follow!
↵I wonder if Rex will claim he can't remember saying that.
