Giants Vs. Redskins Score Update: Anthony Armstrong Touchdown Ties Score At 14

The Washington Redskins and New York Giants traded touchdowns at the end of the second quarter, so the two teams are tied at 14 at halftime. The latest touchdown came from the Redskins when Anthony Armstrong caught a six-yard pass from Rex Grossman inside of two minutes remaining.

The Giants struck first in the second quarter, putting together an 85-yard drive. The drive ended when running back Ahmad Bradshaw smashed it into the end zone from six yards out, temporarily giving the Giants the lead.

The Redskins struck right back, though, with a quick drive in the two-minute drill. Grossman found Jabar Gaffney deep for a 39-yard gain, and then found Armstrong two plays later. Armstrong beat Giants cornerback Aaron Ross on a fade route to catch the touchdown on the left sideline.

Grossman is having a solid half, completing 13 of 21 passes for 186 yards and a touchdown.
