Week 2 NFL Odds, Cardinals Vs. Redskins: Washington An Early Favorite

The Washington Redskins were narrow underdogs at home in Week 1 against the Giants, which is a pretty familiar position for them against their rival against New York. Now they host the Arizona Cardinals at FedEx Field, and the oddsmakers seem to have noticed that opening day win they had against those Giants. Here are the current odds from our odds page over at SB Nation powered by OddsShark.

09/18/2011 Arizona 42o-110 44½o-110 45o-110
1:00 PM Washington -4-108 -3-130 -4-110

So it appears as thought the oddsmakers are comfortable enough to make them a favorite by more than a field goal, which is pretty good considering how low the expectations were for this team before the season started. Based on how the Redskins looked in their Week 1 win, and the offense that the Cardinals want to run behind Kevin Kolb, I would expect this to be a pretty high scoring game.

We'll have more on the this game throughout the week in this StoryStream. For more on the Redskins check out Hogs Haven. For more on the Cardinals, head over to Revenge Of the Birds and SB Nation Arizona.
