Redskins Vs. Cardinals: Mike Shanahan Says LaRon Landry And Brian Orakpo Are Gametime Decisions

ASHBURN - Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan updated the status of top safety Laron Landry Friday by saying he is still questionable to play with a hamstring injury.

"Same thing we've been talking about [with Landry]," Shanahan said. "He's a game day decision. He's listed as questionable"

Shanahan said the same of Pro Bowl linebacker Brian Orakpo, who injured his ankle Sunday against the Giants Though he was able to play through the rest of the game, Orakpo said that doesn't mean his ankle is healed.

"When I woke up Monday, obviously when you roll something or hurt anything it's gonna have problems the next morning," the linebacker said. "But it got better as the week went on"

The Redskins were able to survive a game without the services of Landry. But if they have to go another game without him, in addition to losing their top linebacker, the defense could have a long day against a tough Arizona offense.

We'll have more on the this game throughout the week in this StoryStream. For more on the Redskins check out Hogs Haven. For more on the Cardinals, head over to Revenge Of the Birds and SB Nation Arizona.
