Week 2 NFL Schedule: Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys Face Big Road Tests

The NFC East's two favorites both face tough road tests in Week 2 of the NFL season.

The Week 2 NFL schedule includes some major road tests for NFC East teams. The two preseason favorites in the NFC East -- the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles -- have difficult road games on the schedule this week. Here is a list of the key NFC East games on the schedule.

Dallas Cowboys (0-1) at San Francisco 49ers (1-0): After melting down in Week 1 against the New York Jets, Tony Romo and the Cowboys must now make a road trip to face a 49ers team that won in Week 1. Sure, San Francisco isn't a great team, but they're at home and it's never easy to win on the road. Could Dallas really go 0-2? (FOX, 4:05 p.m., with Thom Brennaman and Brian Billick as the announcers). For more on the Cowboys, visit Blogging the Boys and SB Nation Dallas. For more on the 49ers, visit Niners Nation and SB Nation Bay Area.

Philadelphia Eagles (1-0) at Atlanta Falcons (0-1): Michael Vick returns to Atlanta. That pretty much says it all. (NBC, 8:20 p.m., with Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth on the call). For more on the Eagles, visit Bleeding Green Nation and SB Nation Philly. For more on the Falcons, visit The Falcoholic and SB Nation Atlanta.

St. Louis Rams (0-1) at New York Giants (0-1): It's the Injury Bowl! (ESPN, Monday Night Football, 8:30 p.m.). For more on the Rams, visit Turf Show Times and SB Nation St. Louis. For more on the Giants, visit Big Blue View and SB Nation New York.
