LaRon Landry Injury: Washington Redskins' Safety Says He'll Play Vs. Cowboys

LaRon Landry's injury has healed in time for him to play next Monday night against the Dallas Cowboys, at least according to LaRon Landry. The Redskins' safety told Brian Mitchell that he will be back in the Redskins' lineup for the game. Via Dan Steinberg:

"Of course," he told Brian Mitchell’s show, B-Mitch Live. "Of course. I’m looking forward to playing next week."

The interview was conducted in the Redskins' locker room on Sunday. During the interview, Landry said he felt "great." He had missed the first two games of the Redskins' season with a hamstring injury, which was suffered as he was rehabbing from an Achilles injury. In his absence, Reed Doughty has started at strong safety for Washington.
