The Washington Redskins' players had a meeting on Monday morning with a group of Navy SEALS and Marines, who discussed the importance of teamwork to the players. Everyone seemed to enjoy the speech, especially running back Roy Helu. However, Helu had a problem: he didn't have a piece of paper to take notes.
So he did what we all did in school when faced with this dilemma: he wrote on his hand.
Better not wash that off, Roy.
