The Washington Redskins were without linebacker London Fletcher at practice on Wednesday, and Pierre Garcon remains sidelined due to his foot injury.

Washington Redskins linebacker London Fletcher missed practice on Wednesday with two injuries. Fletcher injured his hamstring during the Redskins' 27-23, Week 7 loss to the New York Giants, but also has been having balance problems and met with a neurologist. Fletcher has never missed a game in his career, having played in 231 straight, but that streak is in doubt with his hamstring injury and this new balance issue.

Also missing practice for the Redskins on Wednesday was wide receiver Pierre Garcon. Garcon, who has had a nagging foot injury since Week 1, visited specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte, N.C.

Safety Brandon Meriweather (knee) and cornerback David Jones (Achilles) were limited in Wednesday's practice. Punter Sav Rocca (knee), cornerback Cedric Griffin (hamstring), fullback Darrel Young (hamstring), cornerback Josh Wilson (shoulder) and defensive end Doug Worthington (calf) were all full participants in practice.

Tight end Fred Davis underwent surgery to repair his torn left Achilles tendon on Wednesday as well.
