Falcons vs. Redskins: Trent Williams, Pierre Garcon full participants in Wednesday's practice

Trent Williams and Pierre Garcon were full participants in the Washington Redskins' Wednesday practice.

Brad Mills-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Washington Redskins returned to the practice field on Wednesday and left tackle Trent Williams (right knee) and wide receiver Pierre Garcon (right foot) were full participants. Williams and Garcon both played in the Redskins Week 4 win over Tampa Bay, but were banged up heading into the game. Williams played the entire game; Garcon played 50 snaps and caught one pass for 20 yards. Their return to the practice field is encouraging as Williams sat out all of last week and Garcon was limited.

Safety Brandon Meriweather has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons with a sprained left knee after colliding with wide receiver Aldrick Robinson prior to the Bucs game. Robinson suffered a concussion in that collision and was limited in practice on Wednesday, wearing a non-contact jersey.

Wide receiver and kick returner Brandon Banks (hip) and running back Evan Royster (right knee) were also limited in Wednesday's practice. Cornerback Cedric Griffin (hamstring) did not participate in Wednesday's practice and could miss his second straight game.
