DeAngelo Hall to be fined after Week 8 ejection, according to report

DeAngelo Hall will not be suspended when the Redskins face the Panthers, according to Jason La Canorfa.

DeAngelo Hall will not be suspended on Sunday when the Washington Redskins host the Carolina Panthers, according to Jason La Canfora. Hall was ejected in the Redskins' loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers when he got into a heated argument with an official, Dana McKenzie. The team had been planning on having Hall available against the Panthers anyway, as the NFL usually makes it a point to hand out suspensions early in the week.

Hall had commented on Wednesday that McKenzie was also at fault during the exchange, but that he would have changed the way he handled it if he could do things over.

The Redskins are allowing a league-worst 314.4 yards per game against the pass, so Hall being available on Sunday will certainly be welcome news for Washington fans. Carolina quarterback Cam Newton threw for 314 yards in a loss to the Bears last weekend, and the Panthers passing attack currently ranks No. 17 in the NFL in yardage.
