Panthers vs. Redskins: Perry Riley questionable for Washington, Garcon and Meriweather ruled out

The Washington Redskins have released Friday's injury report.

Paul Frederiksen-US PRESSWIRE

Washington Redskins linebacker Perry Riley has been declared questionable for the team's Week 9 matchup against the Carolina Panthers due to a hamstring injury, according to the official injury report released by the team on Friday afternoon.

In addition, wide receiver Pierre Garcon (foot) and safety Brandon Meriweather (knee) have already been ruled out for the contest. Garcon has been battling the foot injury since the season opener against the New Orleans Saints. Meriweather strained the MCL and PCL in his left knee during the preseason and then re-aggravated the injury during warmups prior to Week 4's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Earlier in the week he had expressed a desire to make his season debut against Carolina.
