Redskins injuries: London Fletcher aggravates sprained ankle

London Fletcher left the Washington Redskins' 38-31 Thanksgiving Day win over the Dallas Cowboys after tweaking an already-sprained ankle in the fourth quarter and did not return.

Fletcher sprained his left ankle in Week 11 against the Philadelphia Eagles, leaving that game early as well. He didn't practice Monday and Tuesday before being limited Wednesday and listed as questionable for the game. Thursday, he had an interception, the 20th of his career, as well as two other pass breakups and four tackles before being replaced by rookie Keenan Robinson. The good news for the veteran linebacker is that after the short turnaround, he has ample time to recover, as the Redskins don't play until next Monday. The 37-year-old would be hard-pressed to miss a game, having played in 235 consecutive games since going undrafted out of John Carroll in 1998.

Defensive end Doug Worthington and left tackle Jammal Brown continued to miss playing time against the Cowboys, with Worthington missing his sixth straight and Brown still not having played yet this year. But both are considered questionable for next week, with Brown now able to practice.
