The Washington Redskins earned their fourth straight victory Sunday, defeating the Baltimore Ravens, 31-28, in overtime, and the thrilling result helped the Redskins move into the top 10 in the latest SB Nation NFL Power Rankings released Tuesday.
The Redskins (7-6) jumped up four spots in the rankings assembled by NFL Editor Joel Thorman, who last week slotted Washington No. 14 overall.
Here's what Thorman had to say about the Redskins:
10. Washington Redskins (LW: 14, 7-6): The Redskins finish at Cleveland, at Philly and hosting Dallas. Wouldn't be stunned to see them run the table. For my entertainment's sake in the playoffs, I hope they do. No one had them beating the Giants and Ravens.
Overall, the New England Patriots snagged the top spot after defeating the No. 2-ranked Houston Texans, 42-14, on Monday night. The Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers polished off the top five, respectively.

The New York Giants, ranked seventh, remain the highest-ranked team in the NFC East. Meanwhile, the Redskins are still slotted higher than the Dallas Cowboys (No. 13) and Philadelphia Eagles (No. 28).
Washington's Week 15 opponent, the Cleveland Browns, are ranked 27th.
