2013 NFC Pro Bowl roster: Robert Griffin III, Trent Williams make it for Redskins

The Washington Redskins will have three representatives in the 2013 NFL Pro Bowl.

Eric Hartline-USA TODAY Sports

On Wednesday, the NFL announced the full rosters for the 2013 NFL Pro Bowl, and the Washington Redskins have some solid representation. Quarterback Robert Griffin III, left tackle Trent Williams and special teams ace Lorenzo Alexander were all named to the Pro Bowl.

On top of that, linebacker London Fletcher and rookie running back Alfred Morris were named as alternates.

Griffin has led the Redskins to a 9-6 mark through 15 games, and was the No. 2 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. He's received a lot of media attention and hype, but it's all been warranted as the Redskins surely wouldn't be where there are today (with a shot at the playoffs still plausible) without him.

Williams has been dominant on the left side all season, allowing four sacks and two hits through 15 games thus far. Alexander has been a force on both the kickoff and punt coverage units, and his 17 tackles on special teams lead the NFL.
