2012 Super Bowl Odds And Line: Patriots Slight Favorite Over Giants

New England versus New York in the Super Bowl? Now where have I seen that before?

Super Bowl XLVI will see the New England Patriots (15-3) take on the New York Giants (12-7) in the big game, just four years after these two teams matched up in an epic Super Bowl, with the Giants edging the previously-undefeated Patriots 17-14.

Just like four years ago, New England will be the favorite entering the game, but unlike when the Patriots were on a quest for 19-0 and football immortality, the betting line is much lower in this year's matchup.

According to the website OddsShark, New England remains a slight favorite over New York, by between 2.5 and three points. The over/under continues to hover between 54 and 55.

The game will be televised nationally on NBC. The network will also be streaming the game live, for free, at NBCSports.com
