After issuing this joint statement with Rams General Manager Les Snead confirming the deal that the two made earlier this week, Redskins General Manager Bruce Allen doubled down on his organization's gamble later Saturday evening.
Speaking at a Washington Football Legends event, Allen told the assembled media that the Redskins just couldn't resist the temptation to make the deal that has the entire NFL talking.
