In a tweet from Yahoo! Sports' Jason Cole, free-agent LaRon Landry is to make visits with the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears.
The safety has cut ties with the Redskins, the team he has been a member of since he was taken by Washington with the sixth overall selection in the 2007 NFL Draft. Landry has compiled 383 tackles, 5.5 sacks and 4 interceptions to this point in his career.
Cole did not mention specifics as to when Landry would be visiting these teams, however it is safe to assume that these four teams are the front-runners for signing him.
