Rex Grossman, Washington Redskins Agree To 1-Year Deal, According To Report

The Washington Redskins have already completed a trade up with the St. Louis Rams to presumably draft quarterback Robert Griffin III in this April's NFL Draft. The Redskins however still need to address the back up quarterback position and have done so according to a report by Pro Football Talk.

Grossman started much of the season for the Redskins in 2011, starting 13 games. Grossman was up and down much of the season, as he's known to be, and finished up with 3,151 passing yards and throwing 16 touchdowns with 20 interceptions. Grossman should provide a good challenge for Robert Griffin III in training camp, assuming he's the Redskins pick in April.
