The news became official today, Peyton Manning is now the former quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts. His press conference along with Colts president Jim Irsay started at noon and both player and president took turns making remarks to the assorted press present. Then they started to answer questions and the question on everyone's mind is where will he go next.
The Redskins, as previously reported, are interested in making a push to sign Manning. But other teams that are being speculated as potential landing sites for Manning include the Miami Dolphins and the Arizona Cardinals. If the Redskins do sign Manning, that would not preclude them from selecting a quarterback in the upcoming NFL Draft.
