NFL Free Agency 2012: Washington Redskins Add Backup Lineman

The Washington Redskins announced on Monday that the team has signed offensive tackle James Lee. Lee was most recently with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he started 10 games in the last two seasons.

Lee gives the Redskins some depth on the outside. He also has some experience playing guard.

A 6'4" 3-5 lbs lineman, the Cleveland Browns signed Lee as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He was waived prior to the start of the 2008 season, and Tampa Bay scooped him up off waivers. He spent each of the last four seasons with the Buccaneers.

Lee played his college ball at South Carolina State, starting 31 of 33 games in his career there. He was a third team All-American in his senior season.
