Redskins Training Camp: DeAngelo Hall Says RGIII 'Probably' Worst NFC East Quarterback

Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall would like to make something clear: Rober Griffin III, the team's first-round pick and No. 2 overall selection, is still, yes, a rookie.

"He's probably right now, the worst quarterback in our division," Hall told he Washington Post on Friday. "He hasn't taken a snap. He has that title until he takes a snap and goes out and proves he's something."

A bit frank? Probably. But he might have a point. The other NFC East quarterbacks? Eli Manning, Tony Romo and Michael Vick, a pretty impressive group. Combined, the trio has gone to nine Pro Bowls and Manning has two Super Bowl rings, as well. So sure, RGIII has some catching up to do.

"It starts in our division, man. We ain't looking at nobody else. Our division is so tough," Hall added. "Great quarterbacks. ... We have to prove we can get past our division first. We get past our division and we make the playoffs, and the last couple years, we haven't been able to do that. That's why we haven't been in the playoffs."
