The Washington Redskins (2-1) will conclude the preseason on Wednesday night when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) at FedEx Field.
Coming off a 30-17 win over the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday, the Redskins are expected to sit most of their starters, with backup quarterback Kirk Cousins making the start. Running back Evan Royster will be receiving playing time, according to head coach Mike Shanahan, while Roy Helu's status is still unknown while recovering from two sore Achilles tendons.
With right tackle Jammal Brown out due to hip surgery, Tyler Polumbus is expected to start the season in his place. Left Guard Kory Lichtensteiger is not expected to play.
