Redskins Vs. Saints: Redskins Sign Long Snapper Justin Snow And Running Back Eric Kettani, According To Report

The Washington Redskins made a pair of roster moves Tuesday, as they signed former Navy fullback Eric Kettani and longsnapper Justin Snow, a person with knowledge of the situation told the Washington Post. Kettani will be added to the Redskins' practice squad, while Snow is expected to replace the injured Nick Sunberg, who broke his arm in Sunday's 40-32 victory over the New Orleans Saints.

For the past 12 seasons, Snow was a part of the Indianapolis Colts organization, which cut him in late August. Snow was one of a handful of longsnappers that worked out for the Redskins on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Kettani (5'11, 240 pounds) was a part of the New England Patriots practice squad last season, but was released at the end of training camp this year. Kettani, a fullback for the Midshipmen from 2006-08, was released from his active duty obligations in April, so he can pursue a full-time NFL career.
