NFL Odds Week 3: Bengals Vs. Redskins

The Washington Redskins will try to earn a victory against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

Presswire

The Cincinnati Bengals will take a road trip to meet the Washington Redskins in Week 3 at FedEx Field for a Sunday afternoon matchup.

Both teams come in at 1-1 on the year and will be trying to stay above that all-important .500 mark.

Washington is looking to rebound off of a defeat against the St. Louis Rams in which they blew a double-digit lead. On the other sideline, the Bengals are trying to win their second-consecutive contest after dispatching the Cleveland Browns last Sunday.

On ESPN.com, six out of the 10 resident experts went with the team from the nation's capital. Among that group are Merril Hoge, Ron Jaworski and Tom Jackson.

Over at Yahoo, the three men picking the gridiron action all stuck with Mike Shanahan's team. Despite Cincinnati making a run to the postseason in 2011, the Bengals aren't getting much respect here.

At CBS, the dynamic changes quite a bit with seven of the eight votes supporting Cincinnati.

The latest line: Washington is being favored by three points at home.
