Bengals vs. Redskins: Game Time, TV Schedule, Injury Updates And More

Though the Washington Redskins will be without wide receiver Pierre Garcon, rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III will be looking to lead the offense to a better outing Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals than they had in Week 2 against the St. Louis Rams. Like the Rams, the Bengals sport a defense that is better than advertised, and Griffin should have his hands full.

But if building on his performance last week is all that Griffin is looking to do (outside of winning), then there's a solid chance he'll be able to do so. He threw for just 206 yards in a Week 2 loss, and if nothing else, he's shown that he's motivated going forward. Many of the experts are siding with Washington for this game, and it generally all centers around Griffin and his playmaking ability.

That being said, Andy Dalton has A.J. Green at his disposable, which is much more impressive than, say, Santana Moss. The Cincinnati offense might just be able to keep up and put up some points against Washington's defense.

Game Date/Time: Sunday, Sept. 23, 1:00 p.m. ET

Location: FedEx Field, Landover, Md.

TV Schedule: CBS
