Poor Nick Young. Athletes in the NBA have to deal with all sorts of adversity. Whether playing through injury, inconsistent minutes, or attempting to sign a new contract, players lives are not as free and easy and filled with champagne as we are led to believe.
↵And sometimes a player is asked to ride a roller coaster. What started off as a nice PR move for the Washington Wizards, "Here, Nick ride the roller coaster and let's get more people to Six Flags," took a truly dramatic turn. Young spends his entire time aboard the ride screaming in terror. At one point the video feed cuts out and the only sound you can hear are Young's continued wails.
↵I hope the Wizards at least bought him cotton candy later.
