We've been waiting a while for John Wall's fun-loving personality that we often see on the court come out with a bunch of cameras and tape recorders shoved in his face. Come on John, be comfortable as we shove objects into your space! Make us laugh already! How could you not!?
↵Sarcasm aside, it's asking a lot for a 20-year-old kid to joke around with a bunch of people nothing like him, so it's not surprising that it took so long. However, it appears he's finally made the press core chuckle with a line about whether he calls college teammate DeMarcus Cousins often to discuss their experiences in the league.

If you're looking for some wacky explanation for this theory, don't, because Wall said it was simply because Cousins play on the West Coast and his games end so late. Still, Wall has crossed the line that every great player has crossed. He has finally figured out how to disarm the press with a silly joke.
