Wizards Vs. Knicks: Wizards Staying In Game, Trail Knicks 33-26 After First Quarter

The Washington Wizards had plenty of momentum heading into Monday's game with the New York Knicks after an emotional victory over the Boston Celtics this weekend. Washington hopes that they can find that momentum soon as they trail the Knicks 33-26 after the first quarter.

John Wall has 10 points, five rebounds and three assists, Nick Young has seven points and JaVale McGee has four points and three rebounds. For New York, Raymond Felton has 10 points, while Danilo Gallinari has eight points and Amar'e Stoudemire has six points.

The Wizards found themselves down 20-12 early, but cut the lead to three at 25-22. Despite that, the Knicks padded their lead once again.

Washington is shooting 45 percent from the field. New York is slightly better at 48 percent.
