The Wizards have won six of their last nine games, and optimism reigns for those on the team. It's gotten so contagious that John Wall is already expecting success next season.
↵In his postgame interview with CSN's Chris Miller, Wall essentially guaranteed the Wizards would make the NBA Playoffs next season, whenever there is a next season.
↵↵↵"And [next year], we're going to be in the playoffs," Wall said. "That's for sure."

Wall then said he wanted to keep the coaching staff in D.C. next year, and was encouraged by management. After the game, he added this quote.
↵↵↵↵"That's our goal. We played against teams that's in the playoffs. We beat some of them, and we lost to some of them. We've had close games against them. But I think we all are going to be mature next year, learn how to close out games learn how to trust each other more, like how we've been doing the last couple of games."
