One of the byproducts of the Washington Wizards changing their uniforms and color scheme was the promise of a redesigned Verizon Center court, one that better applied to the team's new colors. This picture is not that specific new court. However, the Washington Mystics also changed their colors, and with their season about to get underway, so did their Verizon Center court.
↵The Mystics are playing their first preseason home game on Thursday, so their court changed accordingly. You can see the color of the paint has changed from blue to red, and you can also see that the lettering on the baseline reads "WASHINGTON MYSTICS" in white with a black outline. The new Mystics' logo can also be found at center court.
↵Just to clarify: this is not the new color scheme for the Wizards' new court. However, given that the Mystics and Wizards now both have similar red and white color schemes, it's possible it could look somewhat similar.
