The 2011 NBA Draft is just a few hours away, and at this point, we still have no idea what the Wizards are going to do with the sixth overall pick. SB Nation just came out with the latest and probably final 2011 NBA Mock Draft, and they have the Wizards taking Kawhi Leonard. Unfortunately, the information it is based on may already be obsolete. Let's check out their reasoning (sort of), and I'll explain.
How many players with broken jump shots can the Wizards collect? Related: how many roster spots do NBA teams get?
They have the Celveland Cavaliers taking Jan Vesely with the fourth overall pick in this mock draft because Enes Kanter is off the baord and Jonas Valanciunas is stuck in Europe. But based on the very latest rumors, the Cavs are still prepared to take Jonas; even if he isn't going to play in the NBA this season. So unless the Raptors take Vesely fifth, that would leave him to be taken by the Wizards, who probably prefer him to Leonard. But then again. everything I just typed will probably be obsolete by the time you read it. That's just the way these things work.
