John Wall Makes Goodman League Debut, DeMarcus Cousins Gets Technical Foul

Apparently, there were two noteworthy things that happened in the Goodman League, the famous outdoor basketball league that normally plays its games at Barry Farms in Southeast D.C., but played at Spingarn High School in Northeast on Friday Saturday.

First things first, John Wall made his debut and dropped 41 points to lead his team to victory. Wall flashed an improved jump shot, hitting a number of threes to lead his team, which also featured Gary Neal of the Spurs, to victory.

More hilariously, this happened. Via The AFRO.

[DeMarcus] Cousins, the 5th overall pick in the 2010 draft, had a tough game, picking up a technical foul in the first half after tossing the ball outside the gym door in frustration after being called for traveling.

Don't lie, people. If I told you one NBA player picked up a technical foul in a Goodman League game, the first name that would come to your mind is DeMarcus Cousins.
