Yeah, it only makes sense for a D.C. charity game to end this way. Here's John Wall completing the Saturday game at Coolidge High School with a left-handed windmill dunk. Wall's team, featuring Kevin Durant, won, 144-128.
Wall and Durant were joined by DeMarcus Cousins of the Sacramento Kings, Wall's good buddy who has sort of adopted Washington D.C. as his home town even though he has pretty much no connection to here. They defeated a team that featured Michael Beasley of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Kemba Walker of the Charlotte Bobcats, Greg Monroe of the Detroit Pistons and Jeff Green of the Boston Celtics. There certainly wasn't much defense played, but that makes sense given the circumstances.
In the portion of the game that did matter, it was clear that few people will be able to stay with Wall next season. Video after the jump.
