NBA scores: Wizards stun Heat for 2nd win

While it may have only been their second win of the season, the Washington Wizards gained a lot of attention for their 105-101 victory against the Miami Heat.

The Washington Wizards caught folks' attention on Tuesday night as they upset the defending NBA champion Miami Heat at the Verizon Center, 105-101. The win was only the second of the season for the Wizards.

The Wizards were led in the game by guard Jordan Crawford, who scored 22 points off the bench and recorded six assists. Forward Kevin Seraphin also added 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds. Forward Martell Webster added 13 points, guard A.J. Price added 14 and rookie guard Bradley Beal added 10 points.

The Heat were led by a triple-double by forward LeBron James who scored 26 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and recorded 11 assists. Guard Dwyane Wade added 24 points and forward Chris Bosh scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Forward Mike Miller and guard Ray Allen both scored 11 points, but went a combined 6-of-17 from three-point range.

The Wizards hope to continue their momentum when they go on the road to Philips Arena to play the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night, followed by a Saturday night tilt at the Verizon Center against the Golden State Warriors.
