Magic Vs. Wizards Score Update: Orlando Ahead, 46-41, After Late Washington Rally

The Orlando Magic jumped ahead to an early double-digit lead against the Washington Wizards at the Verizon Center on Wednesday, but Washington rallied in the second quarter, cutting Orlando's lead to 46-41 at halftime. John Wall led the rally, scoring a game-high 13 points, many of which came in the second quarter.

A fast start by the Magic allowed them to jump ahead, 27-11, midway through the first quarter after a Jason Richardson fadeaway. They led, 37-23, midway through the second quarter, but the Wizards close the half on an 18-9 run to cut the lead to five points.

Richardson has 12 points to lead the Magic. Richardson and Wall are the only players in double figures for either team. JaVale McGee came off the bench to score nine points for Washington, while Ryan Anderson had eight points and seven rebounds for Orlando. Dwight Howard has seven points and seven rebounds.
