The Washington Wizards hosts the Cleveland Cavaliers Saturday night at 7 p.m. EST at the Verizon Center.
Washington has lost six consecutive games and sits at 7-28. Cleveland, meanwhile, has lost three straight and is starting to feel the absence of motor man, Anderson Varejao. Also, rookie sensation Kyrie Irving is sitting out the Cavaliers contest Friday night with the flu and may not be available to play.
Irving is averaging 18.5 points and 5.1 assists. He was also named the NBA's rookie of the month for February. If Irving plays, it will be a very intriguing match up of young, athletic point guards. John Wall is averaging 17.3 points, 7.7 assists and five rebounds per game for Washington.
